22 Killed at Virgina Tech
Today, Virgina Tech was closed for the second time due to shooting. This time, though, more died when an unidentified man opened fire at West Ambler Johnston dormitory and. 2 hours later, at Norris Hall. One student was killed in the dormitory and the rest were killed in the classroom.
When the first shooting happened at 7:15 am on the fourth floor of West Ambler Johnston dormitory, students were placed in lockdown. They were told to stay indoors and away from windows. A few hours later, the lockdown was lifted. Unfortunately, the shootings resumed when the lockdown was lifted.
There are 22 dead, including the gunman whose name has yet to be released. It is also still not known whether the gunman was a student at Virgina Tech.
After the shooting, all of the campus' entrances were closed and classes were canceled until Tuesday.
