A Guide for New Moms
Filed in archive Parenting by Melissa Petri on August 23, 2007

My sister is a first-time mom. Just like all greenhorns in mommy-ing (if there is such a term), every sneeze, every poop and every slight increase in temperature is a cause for alarm. Thank god for books such as What to Expect in the First Year (the bible of all moms) and A girlfriend's guide to surviving the first year of motherhood, it has given me enough guidance to know if and when I should be alarmed if something is wrong with the baby or when to keep it cool.
However, not all of us have enough time to actually read a book, especially if your tiny tot is crying his eyes out. Sometimes it's easier to log in the net and find tips in one click. By simply registering to A New Mom, you can shop (yep, that's important :D), get information regarding the 1st year of your child's (skills, development, and how to's) life, ask for advice from The Nannie and read news (such as toy recalls
) that might be of interest to you.Permalink: A Guide for New Moms
