A Guide for New Moms

My sister is a first-time mom. Just like all greenhorns in mommy-ing (if there is such a term), every sneeze, every poop and every slight increase in temperature is a cause for alarm. Thank god for books such as What to Expect in the First Year (the bible of all moms) and A girlfriend's guide to surviving the first year of motherhood, it has given me enough guidance to know if and when I should be alarmed if something is wrong with the baby or when to keep it cool.
However, not all of us have enough time to actually read a book, especially if your tiny tot is crying his eyes out. Sometimes it's easier to log in the net and find tips in one click. By simply registering to A New Mom, you can shop (yep, that's important :D), get information regarding the 1st year of your child's (skills, development, and how to's) life, ask for advice from The Nannie and read news (such as toy recalls) that might be of interest to you.
