In children, according to about.com, allergies are the leading cause of poor health in children, with hay fever as the most chronic childhood disease.
Hereditary plays a big role in children developing allergies. If you have it, chances are, your child/ren will develop allergies. Although, there are also cases wherein children developed allergies despite the fact that there is no known family history. In these cases, environmental factors is being eyed as the culprit.
Should your child be showing signs of any allergic reaction, it would be best to observe and ask your physician.
In addition, you can also head to Allergizer for a detailed look on all types of allergies. And while you are at it, take advantage of the special offer being given away by Jeeto! to Allergizer readers.
FYI: Among the many products Jeeto has are shirts and patches which are created especially for children with food allergies, to inform people of their sensitivities.
