Best Western International, Inc. has decided to appeal to the female of the species by forging a partnership with Travel Mom.

Travel expert Emily Kaufmann, also know as the Travel Mom, will write a travel advice column on the trip planner section of Best Western's official website.

"Her personal experiences and unique perceptions on today's ever-changing travel environment will be invaluable assets to our worldwide guests. In our continuing commitment to provide quality customer care, we believe travelers of all ages will find her to be an important and dependable resource when planning their next trip."

Kaufmann will also function as the spokeperson for Best Western.

Apparently, Best Western's decision to appeal to women stems from the fact (?) that it's the ladies who make travel decisions.

Interesting. And I thought my family was unique.
