Birth Announcement
Excuse the sporadic updates for the past 3 weeks. I've spent those days being productive. One of which was spent, literally, producing… a child!
After some last minute shopping, we checked in the hospital a day before my scheduled C-section. It went on as planned. What happened after, though, is another story. Hence, the longer than normal hiatus here.
Anyway, I am back here at Parenting-Weblog. And I will be sharing with you some of the new things I have learned as a parent, in between other information which some of you have requested.

Many people find the birth of a child to be incredible no matter if it is the first, second, third, or fourth child they will be sending an announcement. By using recycled paper, birth announcements can be considered less harmful to the environment. Get your birth announcements out soon and personalize them by writing them by hand shortly after the baby is born; just add the vital information and possibly a picture. After all is said and done, nobody can say it better than the parents on the newborn baby’s birth announcement. Check out this website for unique announcement ideas. Birth Announcements are quite new but I think that they are a great way of showing people your beautiful new additon to the family. The designer ones look great, but like it says in the previous post it only takes a picture and a few words to let everyone know about the new arrival.

Birth proclamation cards can be found on the internet and usually pursue a related process for ordering and printing the cards for your baby’s announcement.

I found some GREAT sites for baby shower invitations and birth announcements cards, Cards-411, Cards Shoppe, Express-Invitations and Birth-Cards
They all have real cute baby cards and you can use my own wordings with lots of sample baby shower sayings for me to use. I ordered from Cards-411 and the baby shower cards were beautiful, and I got lots of compliments.
