Breast-feeding basics

Filed in archive Health by Melissa Petri on July 23, 2007

In a few days, my baby sis will be giving birth to her first child. And just like every first-time mother, she has lots of concerns. From changing diapers, feeding, loosing sleep, recuperation, and lots more. Since we live quite a distance apart, I found this video in YouTube about breast-feeding basics that she can definitely learn from. Not only is breast-feeding healthy for the baby, it also has its advantages to mothers. Apart from saving money (since you don't have to buy formulas) it is also the best way for you (the mother) to lose weightlinks.

I think loosing weight is enough to encourage my sister to try breast-feeding.
