After their much publicized marriage and divorce, Britney's ex-husband Kevin Federline is asking Spears' to pay the legal expenses that he incurred during their divorce proceedings which is around $50,000.

According to Mark Vincent Kaplan, lawyer of K-Fed, Spears should pay the litigation expenses since she is the "monied party".

K-Fed receives a monthly spousal support of $20,000 which ends this November.
