Britney Spears lose custody of sons
Effective noon today, Britney Spears would have to give up the custody of her two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James to her former husband Kevin Federline as revealed by the Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon. Although it is not yet clear if Federline has sole custody of the children, he asked for the arrangement to be 70-50 (instead of 50-50) in his favor.
Both parties were told to avoid alcohol and "other non-prescription controlled substances" before taking custody of their children. Further, both are not allowed to say derogatory remarks about each other, their family's and significant others. Lastly, both parents were ordered to do a "joint co-parenting counseling" and barred from using corporal punishment on their sons.
