In the Spotlight

If you start feeling tired after tomorrow's festivities, the turkey is not the reason behind it.
Yahoo! says that eventhough turkeys contain tryptophan, which induces sleepiness, blame the carbs, the travel, the preparation and (most specially) the alcohol, why you're feeling drowsy.
Eventhough tryptophan produces the seratonin, a person should've ingested quite a number of turkeys, for it even to have an effect on you.
So instead of sitting around and watching football after THE MEAL, move around, play football or do something to keep you awake, you wouldn't want to miss on all the fun tomorrow.
