Employers with Good Work Life Balance Attitude
Balancing work and personal life is a challenge that most working mothers (and fathers, too!) face. It is not a big secret that many employers are intolerant of a working mother's needs. And not all companies are open to letting their employees have alternative work arrangements (Flextime, part-time telecommuting, etc.)

For parents to achieve a better work-life balance, we need to have employers who will improve their policies for us, working parents.

We need to have employers, as mother@work says, "who can show they have a positive and personal attitude to individuals needs, whether that be flexible working, part time working, job shares, childcare provision, home working..." Employers like them.

Unfortunately, for me, I cannot nominate the company I work for as an Employer of Choice.

What about YOU? Would your employer qualify? Do you know of any other companies in the world which would qualify?
