Father's Day Celebration
It's that time of the year when moms and kids connive. They hold secret meetings to talk of what to do, buy or make to celebrate fatherhood. It's the time when retail stores can expect a spike in their sales of male-oriented tools, gadgets and whathaveyous.

For Roman Catholics, Father's Day is celebrated on Saint Joseph's Day which is on the 19th of March. However, the vast majority celebrate it on the 3rd Sunday of June which falls on the 18th this year.

Other countries, however, celebrate Father's Day another time.

Austria - 2nd Sunday of June
Australia - 1st Sunday of September
Brazil - 2nd Sunday of August
Bulgaria - June 20
Denmark - June 5 (also Constitution Day)
dominican republic - last Sunday of July
Estonia and Finland - second Sunday of November
Germany - Ascension Day
Italy - March 19
Lithuania - first Sunday of June

check Wikipedia for the other dates it is celebrated.

A bit confusing for those with family in other countries. Greetings for Father's Day may come earlier or later than what you expect.
