Fetus in fetu in Pakistan

A 2-month old baby from Pakistani is currently in critical condition after an operation to take out two fetuses inside her. Apparently, she was the first fetus-in-fetu case in Pakistan; a condition where fetus grows inside another fetus while still inside the mother's womb.
Fetus-in-fetu is a rare condition, with only 90 cases reported worldwide.
