Free Falling on Mother’s Day
I am not exactly the easiest person to give gifts to. It's not because I want something that is expensive. But I want the gift-giver (especially those who are really close to me) to give it some thought.
And for Mother's Day, they did think about it a lot.
My 3-year old son loves Playmobil. And in his mind, everyone else is as crazy about it as he is. So, for Mother's Day, I got one of his favorite playmobil toy.
My husband had 2 presents for me… what I have always wanted but didn't know where to get. One was a special gadget which I wanted to use at work and couldn't find in any of the shops nearby. The second was the different kind of adrenaline rush which I missed doing since I became a mother… a ride on the sky screamer.
It was a different kind of celebration today with gifts that were really given some thought. I totally loved it.
