Good Table Manners for Kids

It is important to teach our children good table manners. It will teach them how to behave properly and be considerate of others' sensitivities. If good table manners are taught and practiced at home, it will become a habit. A good habit that our children will carry on to their adulthood.
Should you need help on the basics of what your child should learn in order to have good table manners, check out Table Manners for the Home from Parent Leadership.
I do admit though that, from time to time, I do let my child lick his fingers or double-dip. Do you?!

What a wonderful article! I’m very glad you published it. I’ve often wondered if it’s a good idea to be strict about it. Thank you so much for clearing this up for me. I’m going to translate it for my family so we’re all doing the same thing.
