Remember the woman who ripped open another woman's womb and took the baby and claimed it as hers? That woman, Lisa Montgomery was finally convicted for the crime of kidnapping resulting in death.

Her defense attorneys claimed that she was suffering from insanity, thereby believing that she was pregnant. And, that she was suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. Prosecutors believed otherwise and claiming that everything was premeditated.

Prosecutors are pushing for the death penalty and will contend the subject on Wednesday.
