How To Feed Your Kids Right

If you are thinking about changing your child's eating habits, here are a few tips you may want to keep in mind:
1. Always make sure your child eats breakfast. Didn't your own mom tell you breakfast is the most important meal of the day?
2. Serve snacks that promote good health. Instead of chips and soda, go for popcorn with less butter and salt, or maybe some dark chocolate with nuts.
3. Watch those portion sizes. Use smaller bowls and cups when serving food to children.
4. Drink healthy beverages. Try to limit the amount of soda your kids drink. Keep a large pitcher of cold water in the fridge and have some cut up limes, oranges, and lemons if you wish to add some flavor.
5. Go easy on the sweets. If you can, avoid stocking up on sweets like chocolate bars and other types of candy.
