Illicit Affair Between A 25 and a 13-Year Old
A 25-year old math teacher and a 13-year old student were sought by authorities for having an illicit relationship. The woman and the boy left Nebraska and crossed the border to Mexico. The two fled after their relationship was discovered through their e-mail correspondence.
Kelsey Petersen, the teacher, is being charged with delinquency of a minor, kidnapping and child abuse. Apart from having these problems, the kid was also found to be an illegal immigrant.
Both were taken into custody in Mexico.
