Indoor Play with the kids

Kids need to move around. "You want to keep your munchkins active because exercise tires them out for naps, works up a good appetite, keeps boredom and whining at bay and of course, keeps them trim and healthy."However, the season has changed and soon, the temperature will drop even further and it will be too cold for the kids to play outside. What then?!

No, the kids do not have to twiddle their thumbs out of boredom. A book or two would be good but they do not have to do just that the whole season. Nor, is there a need for any Cat in the Hat kind of adventure.

Babyzone has some valuable suggestions to make your "house a physical fitness haven for little kids with very little effort and often zero cost."

Garage Fun. Leave the car in the driveway and use that space to let kids ride their bikes and throw around a ball. Basically, you can let them go loco without fearing the demise of any of your furniture.

Let's Play a Game! Those old-favorites should do the trick, like simon says, follow the leader, etc.

There's more. Just keep in mind that t he kids should spend all those unspent energy and while you're at it, have fun with them!
