Losing Weight After Pregnancy

Everytime I search the Internet on "how to lose weight after pregnancy", I'm always welcomed by the the line "women always think that after pregnancy they will go back to their original size." That is just untrue. It's the men who think that!
Four weeks after I gave birth, I met my male friends. You know what they told me, "Oh, is there another baby coming?" If there was a pan nearby, I would've immediately struck his head with it. Really! Observations such as "why aren't you back to normal yet" or comments such as "when you were thin" really make my blood boil.
I think men (and women who haven't had kids yet or are blessed with good metabolism) should learn in school (or probably attend a course before they get married or start having kids) that:
1. It takes 9 months to gain 15 kilos (or 25 for women like me who spent a lot of time in the frozen food section) hence, it's not possible to lose those kilos in a day, a week or even a month.
2. It takes atleast 3 months to let your body heal, especially if your wife delivered per C-section. So you can't drag her to go out and jog.
3. Never offer an extra-portion of fries or any carbs especially on the 1st 3 months, because it's next to impossible to say NO.
4. Never point out that you notice her double chin if you don't want to sleep on the sofa for the rest of the week.
and
5. Just be thankful that you have a healthy baby, because if it wasn't for my healthy pregnancy, you wouldn't be having that healthy boy!
