Are you tired of hearing yourself over and over and over again, reminding your kid to clean up after he eats, put his toys away after playing, take the trash out, wake up early or sleep early because it's a school night? In spite of all the conditions that you give, he still forgets or shall I say ignores his tasks, because Momma will either forget her conditions by the end of the week (when it's allowance time) or go soft on him, because the doggy look always works. If you are just like me, then having a "Reward Board" would be a good idea to keep track of his merits and demerits.
My Reward Board is a program that keeps track of your kid's chores, goals, behavior, and money (for monetary incentives). It's a good way to teach your kids that money do not grow on trees and that Mommy and Daddy (Grandpa and Grandma included) works hard to pay for his toys or his education.
Another nice feature of the program is that parents can configure the program to suit their way of parenting (i.e. how rewards are earned, how much points per chore he earns, which action gets a demerit, type of rewards earned, etc.). The program is also equipped with passwords for parent and child. The interactive screen makes it easier (and more interesting) for children to learn the program, since they can always get an update of their scores and allowance plus a chance to play puzzles online.
If you are interested to know more about the program you can download it for free for 30 days or buy it for $19.95.

Getting your kids to do chores can be hard if you do not start at a young age.
