Playing Outdoors
Rather than vegetating in front of the TV or the computer every single afternoon, children should be encouraged to play outdoors. Not only will the kids get some fresh air and use their excess energy, they will also have a great time playing games outdoors.

Here are a couple of parents and their views about letting their children play outdoors:

  • Be A Good Dad remembered how it was as a child and will "work very hard to provide the kids the private play time they need".

  • Lei of Play Library lets her son dig around in their garden.



SAFETY: Of course, when we let our kids out, we should also keep their safety in mind. Here are a few guidelines on Playground and Outdoor Play Safety.
