Positive Self Image During Pregnancy

Even when heavily pregnant, Catherine Zeta-Jones still looks beautiful. However, one cannot help but notice how different she looks, in comparison to her non-pregnant self. If someone as gorgeous as her can look so different when pregnant, what do we, normal people, have to look forward to when we reach that bloated stage?
Personally, I find it a little difficult to have a positive image. The over-all tiredness, the weight gain and the uncontrollable body changes do not make it easy. Sure, there are times when I feel positively good about everything but it does not seem to last long. With 3 more months to go (and even more weight to put on), I am set on working on having a positive self-image. Mia Cronan's advice seem to be a good start.
"...we ought to take a few extra minutes per day just to make sure that we feel really ready to be seen, even if it's only by the grocery clerk It can certainly affect how you come across to people, how you feel about yourself, and how you deal with your children. If you feel ready for the world each day, you are more likely to respond to challenges with enthusiasm rather than dread or, worse, self-pity."
Tips include drinking 8 glasses of water a day, showering before anyone else wakes up, maintaining a simple hairstyle, a dab of make-up when going out, wearing pretty maternity clothes and to relax. Check out Labor of Love for the details.
Let's all work on being one hot momma, just like Catherina Zeta-Jones!
