Pregnancy

I thought it was something I ate. But, it wasn't.
At 35 weeks, I thought that it could be "THE" contractions that I have been waiting for. Why? Because it sure did hurt and that was what I remembered from the last time I gave birth. But, I checked my bible and realized that all I was experiencing were practice Braxton Hicks Contractions.
To ease my pain, I did the following:
- I changed my position. The few times when the pain did not ease up, I got up to walk around a bit.
- I took a bath and relaxed. It was a welcome "break" since the summer temperature was too warm for my pregnant body.
- I drank a lot of water.
And now, here I am, blogging. Those simple things adviced by my bible and by babycenter sure did help me a lot.

With BH you also get them from full bladders which is a tough thing to accomplish when you have to drink gallons of water to help them too. Remember if you get more than 5 an hour I would go in to L&D
