Pregnant at Work

There are those, however, who do not have it so easy. Morning sickness 'round the clock have taken over these women's bodies -- tired and sick, day in and day out. With all these in the equation, how can the additional stress of full- or part-time work be handled?
Here's what I did while I was pregnant-at-work:
(1) To handle morning sickness, I made sure that I kept crackers and ginger candy on my desk. I also drank a lot of water and avoided coffee.
I tried to avoid food that would trigger nausea and I, even, was bold enough to ask my colleague (whose cubicle was next to mine) nicely to go easy on the perfume.
(2) In the beginning, my forgetfulness caused me a few minor problems. To cope, I made full use of post-it notes and the scheduler on Microsoft Outlook.
(3) Even after a full night's sleep, I still felt tired. I made sure that I made full use of my lunch hour. Depends on how I felt, I took 10-minute naps or walked around the office block to help me feel refreshed.
(4) While working, I made sure that I wore comfortable clothes and shoes. There are so many maternity shops nowadays that being pregnant does not necessarily mean that you would have to look frumpy.
