PS2 AC Adaptor Product Recall
Notice to Parents who have bought their kids Sony PlayStation 2 from October 2004 through August 2005.
Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc. and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission have announced the voluntary recall of 843,000 units of AC Adaptors sold with slim version PlayStation 2 Systems.
Said recalled AC adaptors can overheat and melt which could cause fire, burn and shock to consumers.
