Stokke is voluntarily recalling their Xplory Baby Stroller. "The bolt that attaches the front wheel to the stroller can loosen, causing the front wheel to fall off, causing a fall hazard to young children."

The Norwegian made strollers have already received 14 reports in the US and 244 outside the US regarding the problem. An incident happened where a child toppled out of the stroller and received a scratch because of the front wheel.

Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the stroller and immediately contact Stokke for a free replacement of the wheel.
