Salary of SAHMs
Here is a very interesting assessment of how much SAHMs should earn...

According to Salary.com, Stay-at-home moms, should they be paid for their "services", should earn an average of $131,471 per year, including overtime. This figure is based on...

SAHM duties: day-care center teacher, van driver, housekeeper, cook, chief executive officer, nurselinks and general maintenance worker

Work hours: 100-hour work week and assumes caring for at least two children of school age.

Should anyone call you a cop-out or tells you that you are not doing anything of value, slap them with these values!

Oh yea, ask your husband to read the reports from MSN and Career Journal. It might get you a better Mother's Day gift! ;-)
