Even at an early age, I (and my husband, of course) am already encouraging my kids to engage in activities that would make them closer to each other. Activities that both would enjoy as they positively interact with each other.

Relationship between/among siblings will flourish if the parents not only encourage positive interaction between siblings but also if parents are careful not to show any favoritism.
