Sleep Helps Loose Baby Weight

Researchers from Harvard Medical School conducted a study on Prenatal and postnatal health. They found out that,
"The women who slept five hours or less a night when their babies were six months old were more likely to have kept on 11 pounds (5 kg) of weight one year after giving birth
".

I'm not sure how I'd react to this study. I'm not sure if I'd be happy or sad. Happy because a person can lose weight without having to run on the treadmill for half an hour. And sad, because it just isn't possible!

It's not even likely to sleep for four straight hours on the first six months. The only way that I could do that would be: 1) hire a wet nurse; 2) give Brie on the first month (not possible!); or 3) buy earplugs and let the husband feed the baby through the night (so it's the husband who gains the pounds).

Researchers however are still looking for possible solutions to this conundrum. I'm crossing my fingers that they find out the solution before my next pregnancy.
