Who doesn't snack? It's part of our daily routine.

Snacking does not have to mean gorging yourself with potato chips, chocolates, or marshmallows. Snacks do not necessarily mean eating something that isn't nutritious.

It could actually be healthy. And for kids, it's important that they get the right snacks at the right time.
