Spring Allergies
With Spring coming, quite a number of parents are expecting their kids to have the sniffles once again as allergens trigger their children's seasonal Allergies or asthma attacks.

Common symptoms are stuffy or runny nose, sneezing, itchy eyes and nose, sore throat and a cough.

And if these allergies are not "controlled", children are in high risk of getting infection or make their asthma symptoms worse. So, if you see your child constantly rubbing his/her nose, check.

What can you do? Well, you can't put your child inside a bubble wrap. But, there are several ways of prevention and medication. Check out About.com's Pediatrics for some advice on Relief From Spring Allergies.

In addition, check out the fact sheet from Dr. Paul to get a list of the most common pollens which could trigger these allergies.
