Surviving Long Plane Flights with Children

In a few days, I will be traveling to another continent. I am not really looking forward to the 14-hour flight. Especially since I would be traveling sans my husband but with my 3-year old toddler and 2-month old baby in tow.
I can already imagine the looks of horror from some of my fellow travelers as soon as I enter the departure lounge. I can even almost imagine their "I hope they won't be sitting near me" thought bubbles.
At present, I already have everything I need to assist me in making sure that none of my kids would act up while we are on air. The special ready-to-drink infant milk has already been delivered, should my breast milk supply run low during the stressful hours of the flight. New toys and books (in travel-friendly sizes) to keep the toddler entertained have already been set-aside. Diapers, wet tissues and extra clothes for both kids are neatly folded and packed. The airline has already been informed regarding the baby bassinet and the special child and infant meals.
I have been thinking of bring my Sudoku book to keep me company during the long flight but I doubt if I would even have the time to solve one page.
It looks a lot like I am ready to go. I am realistic. So I am not even praying for the kids not to act up. All I want is for them to not have their crying for mommy spells at the same time. If they do it one at a time, I am fine. Wish me luck!
