Update: Suspect in Delaware State University Shooting Arrested

Eighteen year-old Loyer D. Braden was arrested and charged with attempted murder, assult, reckless endangerment and a gun charge for the shooting incident that happened in Delaware State University last Friday. Shalita Middleton and Nathaniel Pugh III, both freshmen were injured in the shooting at the Village Cafe. The suspect also fired at James Richmond, another student of DSU.
According to the affidavit filed by Lt. Donald Baynard of the DSU police department, "The shootings followed a fight Tuesday between Braden and one of the victims in a university parking lot."
