When social networking takes precedence over your kids

A 22 year-old mother of two allegedly left her sons in the bathtub while she was logged on in MySpace.
The 19 month-old Nickolas Doidge and his 2 year-old brother was left in the bathtub for several minutes, while the mother, 22 year-old Shawna Doidge sat in front of the computer at the other end of the house. Police believe, that the mother only came back to check on her sons, when the 2 year-old brother started calling, which unfortunately was already too late. She then attempted CPR on the toddler, called the neighbor and then 911.
The toddler was then taken to the Mason General Hospital and then to Mary Bridge Children's Hospital in Tacoma, Washington, where he remained in life support until his death on April 19.
Child services believe that the mother's behavior is consistent with negligence.
The woman was then arrested for negligence that resulted to death and a criminal case has been building against her.
