At one point or another, working parents face the issue of conflicts in schedules at work and at home. Sometimes, it is just a case of bad luck. In other situations, however, this is due to long work hours and the decrease in boundaries between work and home.
And when we see that happening, we can say goodbye to the Work-Life Balance that we have been trying to maintain or achieve.
Work-Life Balance is a growing concern for a lot of us, working parents. We need to be able to balance the demands of work with our personal lives. This is only possible if we keep our priorities in mind and make sure that we organize our schedules and be extra careful about being overburdened at work.
Thank God, more and more companies have realized the advantages of being able to provide their employees the balance they need in life.
